2013 Incendium Wines Cabernet Sauvignon

Thanks Vince and Deanna for sending this out to us. Let us start by saying we definitely want to try out their 2012 and 2011 to see how these guys have developed. Dark garnet red, not just at the core. A little tight to start with some light savory notes to start. Lots of dark berries came with some air time, almost like dried berries. Great woody undertones too. Moderate tannins (6.5/10) with lots of dark berries, and finishes with red cherries. Medium bodied and moderate slight furry finish. Very intrigued and impressed with this small lot Cabernet.
Super small lot production with only 45 cases produced. All sourced from Napa Valley; Gordon Valley just to the Northeast of Coombsville and one managed by Incendium Wines in Deer Park at the base of Howell Mountain. Crazy deal for such a small production winery.
