Happy #NationalRoséDay! Pale to medium copper pink. A bit savory on the attack of the nose, followed up with ripe strawberries and solid minerality. Refreshing and crisp on the palate with medium acidity (5.5/10) and light plus bodied. Mousse like mouth feel with notes of strawberries, red apples and wet stones. Medium length finish.

This is a sparkling wine (Methode Cap Classique) made by Pieter Ferreira from the Western Cape. Made up of around 54% Pinot Noir and 46% Chardonnay.
