Tasting Note:June 4, 2018

Medium golden yellow. Touch of creme of the nose with some green apples and a touch tropical. Medium zippy acidity (6/10) and medium to medium plus plus body. Citrus zest on the palate with some green apples, citrus zest and a touch of creme. Medium plus finish.

Made up of 100% Chardonnay from the Buhman Estate Vineyards in Carneros by Jacqueline Yoakum. Aged for 10 months on the lees and 8 months on French oak beans.

2018 till 2024.
