Tasting Note:June 1, 2018

Medium purplish red. Layered nose with notes of dark berries, Asian five spice, more sweet ones too and some forest floor. Heavy tannins (7.5/10) and heavy bodied. Jammy and structured palate with some bramble berries, twigs, sweet spices and some sandy gravel. Long and lingering finish.

Made up of 100% Zinfandel from 108 year old vines and dry framed from the Del Barba Ranch. Aged for 18 months in neutral oak and made by Aaron Pott. Just bottled a week ago and only 105 cases produced.

2018 till 2028.
