Tasting Note:March 5, 2018

Medium golden yellow. Complex nose with some oak influence, notes of almonds, lemon zest, and a touch of honey. Medium acidity (6/10) and medium bodied. Interesting palate with some wood on the attack followed up by some sharper acidity before leveling out. Notes of green apples, and a little candied citrus. Medium plus to long finish.

Made up of 100% Chardonnay and aged for 9 months in 100% new French oak barrels. Only 850 cases produced.

2018 till 2023.
