Tasting Note:February 27, 2018

Beautiful medium to deep magenta pink. Elegant and layered nose with strawberries, melon and some light floral notes. Beautiful crisp medium plus acidity (7/10) and medium bodied. A bit of strawberry cream, roses, tropical notes and some light white stone fruits on the palate. Well balanced and integrated. Keeps making you go back in for another sip. Long finish.

Made of 90% Mourvedre and 10% Grenache from vineyards in Paso Robles. Only 50 cases produced and 12.6% alcohol.
