Tasting Note:January 19, 2018

Light golden yellow. Lots of citrus notes on the nose, minerality, white flowers and a little pepper touch. Medium plus acidity (6.5/10) and medium bodied. Solid minerality on the palate with lemon zest, stone fruits and a little floral. Long and lingering finish.

Made of 100% Chenin Blanc of vines planted in 1979. True mountain Chenin Blanc at an elevation of 1500 feet. Only 8 barrels produced and 12.2% alcohol.
