Peachy yellow. A bit oaky and dirty on the nose to start but then opens up with some minerality and light fruits. Fresh acidity (5.5/10) and light plus body. Notes of strawberries, cherries, and gravel. Medium plus finish.
Interesting rosé sparkling wine made out of the Cava region of Spain. Made up of Xarello, Parellada, Macabeu and Monastrell (Mourvedre).
