Medium to deep lemon yellow. Lovely complex nose with notes of beeswax, citrus zest, oak and a touch of banana underneath. Solid acidity (7/10) with a medium body. Rich palate with notes of tropical fruits, wax, lemon and minerality. Medium plus finish. Needed a little bit of air to open up nicely.
