Tasting Note:December 17, 2017

Very light greenish yellow. A bit green on the nose with notes of white fruits. Medium acidity (6/10) and light bodied. Some bell peppers on the palate with notes of citrus fruits too. Short to medium finish.

Fruit for this bottling comes from Stellenbosch (50%), Franschhoek Valley (30%), Walker Bay (10%), Elgin (5%) and Elim (5%). Made up of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon. Aged for 3 months on the lees.
