2016 Klein Constantia Sauvignon Blanc

First of the four Sauvignon Blancs at Klein Constantia that we tried today.
Light pale yellow in appearance. A little green on the nose with some green apples, white fruits, gravel and a touch of orange. A bit high in the acidity (7/10) that really shoots through in the medium finish. Light body with notes of citrus and stone fruits as well as some minerality and strawberries.
Aged for seven months in tank on the lees.
