Tasting Note:December 18, 2017

Third wine at the Reserve Tasting at Waterford with Justin. Dark ruby core with garnet edges. Quite green on the nose with jalapeños and bell peppers followed by some herbal notes, chalk and cherries. Medium tannins (6/10) and medium plus body. Layered palate with dark berries, green peppers and spices that have a long finish.

Made up of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc. Aged for 20 months in French oak barrels and 4,675 cases produced.

2017 till 2021.
