Deep purplish red. Layered with dark mountain berries and baking spices. Heavy tannins (7/10) and full bodied. Restrained with gravel, black cherries, dusty and dark cocoa. Long finish.

The 2013 vintage is Cabernet-based blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10.5% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 4.5% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec from the La Jota and W.S. Keyes Vineyards atop Howell Mountain.
