Mix of deep garnet and ruby red. Layered nose with white pepper, cinnamon, brown sugar, anise, a touch savory, spices and dark bramble berries. Heavy tannins (7.5/10) and medium plus bodied. A touch savory with pepper on the attack, after some time to breathe some blue fruits developed in the mid palate. Long and stoney finish.

This is made up of 77% Zinfandel and 23% Petite Sirah from Napa Valley. Aged for 11 months in 36% new French oak, and 64% used French oak. Only 266 cases produced.
