Third of the blind white wines at this quarter's S&E Wine Club, which for whites was Chardonnay vs Chenin Blanc. Thanks Claude and Carrie.

Very light pale yellow. A touch sweet on the nose with lots of acidic fruits like lemon, limes, and even a bit of green grapetiser. Medium acidity (6.5/10) and super light and fresh on the palate. Minimal if any oak, do not think there is any though. Lots of stone fruits, and green apples. Light bodied and medium finish.

Made of 100% Chenin Blanc and aged in 100% stainless steel.
