2007 Chimney Rock Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep ruby red. Tight as well on the nose like the 2012, but not as dark. Dirty on the attack of the nose with sweet spices, a touch of dark berries, and woody. Well integrated medium tannins (6.5/10) with a medium to medium plus body. Smoky palate with plums, woody notes, gravel, and a touch of blue fruit. Medium plus finish.
Made of Cabernet Sauvignon and aged in 50% new French oak for 18 months. .
