Medium yellow. A tad mute on day one, opened up with tropical and stone fruits like peaches. Some white floral notes too. Heavy acidity (7.5/10) and light to medium bodied. Crisp with tropical notes as well as a citrus zest in the medium plus finish. A tad harsh with the acidity but very refreshing.

This is a blend of 76% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Semillon, 7% Sauvignon Gris, 3% Grenache Blanc and 2% Roussanne. Aged for 11 months in 11% new French oak, 78% used French oak, 6% Stainless Steel and 5% Concrete Egg. Only 409 cases produced.
