Tasting Note:April 05, 2017

Clear medium yellow. Interesting nose with mandarin oranges, spices, provenance herbs and a touch creamy. Moderate acidity (5.5/10) and medium bodied. Smoother on day two and not as sweet. Layers of flowers, citrus, baked apple, a touch of pepper and a little rich. Medium length finish. Quite enjoyable.

Only 500 cases produced.
