Tasting Note:April 14, 2017

A pinkish copper with lots of tight small bubbles. A little stinky attack on the nose with some earthy and woody notes. Undertones of peach and tangerines. Crisp and bright acidity (6/10) with a light body. Solid minerality on the palate with some orange creme and earthy notes. Very dry short to medium finish.

First of our wines to start off my birthday celebration weekend. This bottling is the effort of Christian and Juergen Grieb of Treveri Cellars and Paul Zitarelli of Full Pull Wines. Made of 100% Pinot Noir from the block closest to the farmhouse on the Marchant Vineyard in Yakima Valley.
