Pale yellow. Floral nose with a touch of hay. Moderate acidity (6/10) and light bodied. Balanced attack with a tart touch in the beginning. Tropical notes on the palate with a pinch of sweetness, almost like juicy fruit. Medium length finish with a touch of honeysuckle.

Made of 100% Assyrtiko, which is an indigenous grape to Santorini. Idisma Drios means 'sweetly oaked' based on the touch of sweetness imparted on the bottling from the oak. Aged for around 5 months in new French oak barrels.
