Deep purplish red. Thick and layered nose, with tons of dark berries, a bit of earthiness with spices herbs. Super dark palate, dark cocoa, dark mountain berries and a little baking spices. Moderate plus tannins (7.5/10) and full bodied. Long and lingering finish with dark gravel. In a great spot right now.
Made of 100% Malbec from vineyards at elevations between 3,251 and 3,467 feet. Aged for 17 months in 10% new French oak and 21% new American oak. All the rest is second used.
