Tasting Note:March 17, 2017

Deep ruby red with some violet hues. A touch dirty on the nose with black currants, black licorice and spices. Moderate tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. Solid structure but a young wine. Notes of blueberries, cola, and a touch of raspberries. Dry and long finish.

Made up of 85% Cabernet Franc and 15% Syrah. Aged for 19 months in oak. 30% Whole cluster and 70% whole berry fermentation. Only 110 cases produced and 13.8% alcohol.
