Tasting Note:March 15, 2017

Medium ruby red with some violet hues. Dark spices and fruits on the nose with a touch of earthiness and anise. Moderate tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. Layered on the palate with bramble berries, a touch savory, dark gravel and not overly jammy. A little bit of black pepper and packs it in mid palate. Long and lingering finish.

Entry-level bottling from Bedrock Wine Co. and basically their business card as they like to call it. Drink this while you wait for the heritage bottlings.
