Medium to deep golden yellow. Lots of honey and sweet apricots on the nose. Solid acidity that is masked by the residual sugar, but not overly sweet. Layered palate with notes of caramel, honeysuckle, white flowers and fruits. Medium body with a medium length finish.

Made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Aged for 17 months in 50% new French oak. Mark was inspired by Klein Constantia's Vin de Constance.
