2012 Chimney Rock Cabernet Sauvignon Ganymede Vineyard

Dark ruby red with purplish core. Layered nose with cinnamon, black currant, cassis, and iron. Moderate tannins (7/10) and medium plus bodied. Tannins are strong in the attack but smoothed out with characteristics of cassis and blackberries. A bit sweet in the attack with an elegant long finish.
