Barrel tasting of the 2016 Pinot Noir Rosé. Light orangey pink. Fresh and vibrant nose with roses, orange peels and zest. Bright and mouthwatering acidity (7/10). Light bodied with a bit of rose petals, tropical fruits, melon and smooth minerality. Rocky and super long finish.

Only 50 cases produced and no saignee, only light press with skins.
