2014 Sinegal Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Region: St. Helena, Napa Valley, California, United States of America
Tasting Note:February 03, 2017
New vintage of the Sinegal Estate's White Label Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep and dark ruby red with a purplish core. Rich and deep nose with sweet tobacco, cinnamon, nutmeg, chalk, twigs and a little perfumey. Moderate tannins (7/10) and medium plus bodied that seems to want to beef up with time. Attack of red berries and a bit of dark berries too. Nice complexity with some woody and cinnamon notes. Definitely a cab that needs a bit of time to open up. Semi dry and long finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend with 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec.
