Deep magenta pink, almost a ruby red in appearance. Lush nose with notes of pomegranate, strawberries, under-ripe cherries and granite. Medium acidity (6/10) and medium plus body. A touch of sweetness on the palate with some iron, cherries, and watermelon. Medium plus to long finish.

Darkest Rosé we have seen by far, deep magenta. Bright nose with sweet strawberries, overripe watermelon and bright red candy like Swedish fish. A touch of heat on the nose too that dissipated a bit with time. Fresh palate with layers of all kinds of red berries. Stronger tangy strawberries show too. Moderate acidity (6/10) that hits the midpalate and medium plus bodied. A little more weight than other California Rosés we have tried. Medium plus finish with some savory undertones. Great work Troika Wines!
