2011 Result of a Crush Red Wine
Region: Washington State, United States of America
Medium garnet red. Love the rocks funk on the nose, a little black pepper, smoky, meaty, some spices and light red berries. Even a touch floral on the backend. Medium tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. Savory attack on the palate with tons of crushed rocks and some dried herbs. Undertones of red berries such as cherries and strawberries too but not overly bright. Long gravelly finish.
One of the first vintage bottlings from the Reynvaan's affordable Result of a Crush label. The Reynvaan Family is known for making high end and quality Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon out of the Walla Walla Valley in Oregon and Washington State. In 2011 from what we have gathered it seems to have quite a bit of declassified juice since this was a difficult vintage up north and all around in the USA. This vintage is made up of cofermented Syrah and Viognier with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon.
2017 till 2020.
