Tasting Note:November 20, 2017

Dark purplish ruby red. Layered nose with plums, raspberries, anise and graphite. A touch smoky too. Medium tannins (5.5/10) and well rounded with a medium to medium plus body. Quite a bit of licorice on the palate with plums and dark berries. Some minerality too. Medium plus to long finish.

Made up of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged for 10 months in 60% new French oak.

Drink Dates:

2017 till 2022.
