Tasting Note:November 12, 2017

Deep purplish ruby red. Looks insanely young. Tons of baking spices and dark fruits on the nose. Notes of creme de cassis, cinnamon, brown sugar, blackberries, and caramel. Heavy tannins (7.5/10) and full bodied. Super rich palate with tons of black fruits, blackberries, black currants, spices, and baking spices. Does not want to quit. Dry and long finish.

Beautiful wine just of the truck last week. Made up of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for around 20 to 22 months in around 93% new French oak.

2017 till 2035.
