2015 Flora Springs Sauvignon Blanc Soliloquy Vineyard

Crystal clear pale yellow. Definite oak influence from the get go. Nose is toasty with lemon creme, butter, creamy and slightly smoked. Slightly fruity undertones with kiwi, and light citrus fruits. Moderate acidity (6/10) and light plus bodied, almost medium. Tons of tropical fruits and citrus on the palate like melon, kiwi and lemon. Very refreshing and crisp. Long and tangy finish. Delicious Sauvignon Blanc.
Made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Soliloquy Vineyard in the Oakville AVA. Aged for eight months in 31% seasoned neutral French oak and 69% stainless steel.
