Medium pale greenish yellow. Tons of oak influence, cinnamon buns, baked apples and creme brulee on the nose. Very interesting compared to the palate. Moderate acidity (6/10) and tangy. Delicious orange zest, and a creamy texture. Medium plus bodied and lingering finish with a touch of graphite.

Made of 100% Chardonnay from Napa Valley, only 25 cases produced.
