Expressive nose with dark purple flowers, blueberries, blackberries and cassis. Moderate tannins (7/10) that are silky and well integrated. Full bodied with both red and black cherries, undertones in darker fruits too. Long and lingering finish that has a slight dryness to it. Most likely from the structure and acidity from the mountain juice. Easily built to last and tons of backbone.
