Clear and pale yellow. Very interesting attack on the nose, almost like urine. Wore off with about 30 minutes in the glass with some more citrus notes. Coated with tropical fruits on the palate with moderate acidity (6/10). Some slightly savory undertones mixed in with some light caramel and sour citrus. Light bodied with a short to moderate finish.

Made of 100% Chenin Blanc and aged for eight months in 10% new French oak and 90% stainless steel.
