Delicious Sauvignon Blanc from Caldwell Vineyards. Pale yellow and crystal clear. So fresh starting with the melon and other tropical fruits on the nose. Tropical notes galore on the palate with great acidity (6/10). Light bodied and long finish.

All the fruit comes from the Caldwell Estate Vineyard, more specifically Block 7. Made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc and aged for 5 months in 100% French oak of which 30% is new. Only 152 cases produced and 14.2% alcohol.
