Very light golden yellow. Lots of white fruits on the nose such as white peaches with a little green apple. Little bit of acidity or sourness comes through. Light gooseberries too. Tangy on the palate with some green apples and moderate acidity (6/10) that restrains the sweetness of the apples. Light bodied and moderate dry finish.

Made of 100% Alvarinho from vines ranging from 104 years old to 9 years old. Aged for four months in stainless steel.
