Bright pinkish orange with moderate liveliness. Strong nose of strawberries, raspberries, slight minerality (very limited) and spices. Long and lush on the palate. Very rich and would love to try this with some chocolate bread pudding. Lots of bright red fruits with a sweet pinch. Moderate acidity (6.5/10) and medium plus bodied, just so rich, not what we excepted but this is not a Brut. Needs to be chilled!

Champagne blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Made in the Demi-Sec style, meaning medium dry.

2016 till 2022.
