Pale golden yellow and super lively. Tons of yeast on the nose with some stone fruit notes as well as apples and citrus. Super lively on the palate, notes of dough, citrus, tons of stone fruit, like peaches and solid minerality. Moderate acidity (6/10) and light plus bodied. Medium plus bodied and very refreshing and crisp. Excellent wine for NYE!

Made up of 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier. Only 5% of the juice is aged in neutral barrels for one year to add flavor to the cuvee.

2016 till 2018.
