Tasting Note:October 22, 2016

Medium ruby with medium intensity. Tight nose on day one with some iron and minerality on the nose. Opened up a bit with some savory and floral notes. Day two added in some raspberries, and some chalkiness. Moderate tannins (5/10) and balanced acidity. Medium bodied with a bit of heat on day one. Soft berries on the palate with a dry medium plus finish. Very easy drinking Sonoma Cabernet.

Made up of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Petit Verdot, and 1% Malbec.

Drink Dates:

2016 till 2020.
