Garnet red with some browning on the edges. Dirty, slight barnyard, vegetal notes, dust and moldy cheese. Very interesting notes. Low tannins (4/10) and low to moderate body. Moderate finish with decent acidity. Vegetal with green peppers. Good amount of acidity with a very dry finish. Starting to go soft.
Made of 100% Sangiovese. Aged for two years in various oak barrels (mix of French and Slavonian barrels) and additionally aged in bottles for around 12 months prior to release.
