Tasting Note:November 10, 2018

Cloudy light yellow with a small head. A bit funky on the nose with some earthiness, cat pee and kiwi. Lots of acidity with some branches on the palate. Bright on the tongue too.

This is a sour berliner weisse that is aged with fresh kiwis in chardonnay barrels for six months coming out of Napa Valley. Super fun event at District Space, looking forward to their next Aslin Pop Up.
