Dark ruby red with fine sediment. Very well integrated on the nose and palate. Layered nose with notes of dark plums, sweet spices, earthiness and some light herbs. Medium tannins (5.5/10) and medium plus body. Plush palate with dark stewed fruits, especially plums, damp earth, dark spices, black fruits and a little gritty. Long finish.
Made up of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

$$$ - Purchased for $86.89.Dark ruby red. Well integrated on the nose and palate. Notes of dark plums, some earthiness and spices. Very well balanced but not explosive on the palate. Medium tannins (5.5/10) and medium to medium plus bodied. Seems odd for an 07. A little like a wetter vintage. A touch of greenery underneath with notes of damp earth, dark berries and balanced acidity. Medium plus to long finish.
