Dark and deep purplish red. Lovely and layered nose with notes of peppercorn, some meatiness, dark spices, black raspberries and dark gravel. Medium tannins (6/10) and medium plus bodied. A little herbal on the palate with red metallic berries, spices and crushed rocks. Dark bitter cocoa in the long finish, turns a bit richer on day two.

Parabellum is the second label for Force Majeure Vineyards out of Red Mountain in Washington State. All the fruit in this bottling is 100% from the estate vineyard. Made up of 61% Syrah and 39% Mourvedre. Only 250 cases produced.
