NV Moët & Chandon Champagne Brut Impérial

First wine on our Labor Day week cruise and from Royal Caribbean.
Pale yellow with tight, tiny bubbles. A touch yeasty on the nose, almost of biscuits and some nutty notes. Moderate acidity (5.5/10) with a light to light plus body. More going on in the palate with lemon notes, minerality, and some floral notes. Seems to be a bit tired. Short plus to medium finish.
Generally made up of 30 - 40% Pinot Noir, 30-40% Pinot Meunier and 20-30% Chardonnay with a dosage of 9g/litre.
