2011 Liquid Sky Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep garnet red. Dark nose with tobacco, cigar box, gravel, truffles, dark cocoa and minimal red fruits. Medium tannins (6/10) and medium body. Notes of red berries, damp forest floor, spices, and minerality on the palate. Well rounded and good acidity. Opened up on day two with more spices, dark fruits, and dark volcanic soil.
Made of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged in 75% new French oak.
