2012 Young Inglewood Vineyards Chardonnay Michael Mara Vineyard

Golden greenish yellow. Creamy attack on the nose, like creme brulee. Thick citrus notes too. Bright and moderate acidity (6.5/10) with a light to medium body. Citrus attack with undertones of tropical notes. Long finish and delicious Chardonnay.
Made of 100% Chardonnay, all the fruit in this bottling comes from the Michael Mara Vineyard in the Sonoma Coast. The Michael Mara Vineyard is owned by the Matthiassons and the Idell family. Comprised of rocky and volcanic soil this vineyard has the perfect growing conditions for the classic Burgundian expression. Aged for 15 months in a mix of French oak barrels and stainless steel. Only 77 cases produced.
