2015 Honig Sauvignon Blanc

Estate: Honig Vineyard & Winery

Region: Napa Valley, North Coast, California, United States of America

Tasting Note:November 13, 2017

Pale yellow. Notes of roses, ripe grapes, some mild notes of sweetness, and a great finish fresh laundry on the nose. Medium acidity (6/10) and medium bodied. At first there is a hense of sweetness, balanced acidity, lots of white fruit flavors, soft tart medium plus finish. If you are looking for a wine that’s a crowd pleaser this may be it! This is perfect for the appetizers! Cheese pairing, grapes, and or just drink the wine as the appetizer.
