Slightly cloudy, seems unfiltered, and beautiful yellow. Complex nose with lots of tropical and white stone fruits. Notes of guava, melon, white peach and added a twist of banana with time. Moderate acidity (7/10) and a bit sharp to start but mellowed out. Lots of tropical notes as well as granny smith apples. Mix of gravel and nutty finish. Light plus body with a long finish.
