Tasting Note:July 2, 2016

Pale and clear peach in color, almost white. Insanely fruity attack on the nose with notes of guava, melon, papaya, grapefruit, blood orange and maybe even some unripe tropical fruits. Some savory undertones too of something similar to cured meats. Light and bright acidity on the palate, moderate (5.5/10) with a light body. Accompanied with tropical and stone fruits. Moderate length finish with some light minerality.
